Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming it into panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is generally more dense than plywood. It is made up of separated fibres, but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger, and more dense, than particle board.

We suggest using spray paint since it provides the smoothest coverage. You can also use any enamel or acrylic brush-on paints.

Before applying any paint it's good practice to paint the models with primer. ANY spray paint in MATTE white or black is suitable. Here are some examples:

After the primer has dried, you can apply the stone colored paint. The one below is a good choice, but a similar color will work also.

Our models don't come with instructions. You can download the instructions in the downloads page. It will ask you for a password. The password it's included in a card that comes with each model.

Most pieces in the model will need to be glued together. In the circumstance that the pieces fit too tight, we suggest you use the nail file included. When you use the file, file the sides of the tabs. Below is an example of where to file:
